forest & nature therapy

Forest and nature therapy, also known as forest bathing or Shinrin-yoku in Japan, is an embodied way to slow down and tune into the subtle textures of the trees, birds, plants, stones and all manner of more-than-human life. This practice takes 2.5-3 hours and involves easy and gentle explorations of a local park, trail, or natural area.

I work 1:1 and with small groups of 2-5.

I am a trained guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapists, and bring a lifetime of experiences on the land across Colorado and a variety of other places.

Cost: $35-60 per person depending on size of group
