I would like to stand alongside you on your journey of understanding your body, and finding alternative and holistic methods of care. Whether this means a simple recipe of movement, sunshine, and herbal tea or combining herbs with energy work, we will find the just right blend of support that works with your lifestyle.

My herbal education consists of 800+ hours from Equinox Center of Herbal Studies in Fort Collins, CO and three additional years of self-study. I have spent 10 years educating myself in and experiencing a variety of alternative healing modalities.

Please note that I am not clinically trained and practice my own folk herbalism which involves crystals, plant spirit medicine, and plenty of eccentric herbing out.
